  • 5-8 years in an IT leadership role directly responsible for customer experience providing support for multiple technologies and/or services, preferably in a managed services IT environment.
  • Understanding of wide range of IT infrastructure technologies, including cloud.
  • Experience with project resource coordination.
  • Experience with the change management and major incident processes.
  • Capability to complete incident reports for all issues involving clients.
  • Certified in (or knowledge of) ITIL Foundations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong skills in the use of Microsoft suite of tools (i.e.: SharePoint, Excel, Word).
