Position Overview:Join the Finning family! Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the Service Support Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day administrative duties to keep the branch running smoothly.

As the Service Support Administrator, you will also be tasked with reception duties, clerical tasks, assisting with time entry. Utilizing your attention to detail and interpersonal skills within the service department is essential to the role.

Job Description:
Duties and Accountabilities:
  • Reception and other administrative duties as assigned
  • Review and verify time entry integrity
  • Process repair requests
  • Assisting supervisors with technician delivery requirements
  • Create service job binders for field / shop repairs
  • Invoicing activities
  • Time Entry
  • Clerical work
  • Assisting with time entry
  • First line of contact with Finning's clients

  • 1 - 3 years administrative experience in a similar environment
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Good communication skills both verbal and written
  • Excellent computer proficiencies including MS Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Solid organizational and time management abilities
