As Senior Strategy Manager within the Strategic Planning function of the Strategy Office, you will be one of our chief problem solvers. You will be responsible for working with a select Market Unit to define strategic goals and translate them into high-impact plans to enable execution. This effort will help shape TELUS Health's strategy, accelerate innovation and optimize our business portfolio .
•The Health Software & Solutions Market Units serves Providers, or organizations who purchase on behalf of providers, who care for patients across the healthcare ecosystem.
•The Care Services & Wellness Market Unit serves Employers, or customers who purchase on behalf of employers, who want solutions that drive health and wellness decisions for employees and families. Here's how
•Act as an advisor by collaborating with teams as needed for strategy development (One Page Plan), communications, presentation development and opportunity assessments
•Work closely with market units to develop business cases and validate market opportunities based on customer feedback and preferences, market direction and market unit capabilities
•Participate in preparing and providing supporting information for Health Board, Strat Check, Scorecards, Events and other corporate priorities
•Work across the business to support and monitor progress for strategic and tactical programs/initiatives
•Develop strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization - be someone who can advise and shape strategy by influencing without authority
•Demonstrate initiative, flexibility and ingenuity with the ability to effectively achieve organizational established goals and objectives
•Embrace change and redirect focus to fit business strategy with an entrepreneurial approach to getting results delivered
•Communicate clearly and purposefully, sharing business and strategic context on an ongoing basis to ensure stakeholders are continually informed of relevant industry and business developments
•Continuously improve your skill set and our team's processes to optimize the strategy development and communication, project management, stakeholder engagement and analytical support Qualifications:You're the missing piece of the puzzle
• 5+ years of relevant work experience
•University degree or combination of education and work experience
•Master of Business Administration (MBA) or Master's Degree is highly desirable
•Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification is highly desirable
•Project Management Professional (PMP) designation is highly desirable
•Healthcare industry experience preferable or passion for digital health care Who is TELUS?
