This role sits at the centre of TELUS Health Care Centre strategy. Reporting to the Director of Strategy Enablement, you are a key contributor to overall THCC strategy & planning and provide direct support to the THCC leadership team

We are seeking a generalist with a high degree of emotional intelligence & thought leadership, who is known for the ability to deliver with excellence. You have a natural ability to form strong working relationships and transform the complicated into simple. You are comfortable working with all levels of the organization - including senior executives.

Here's how:
    •Develop and facilitate senior level strategic planning sessions to drive to specific outcomes
    •Clearly articulate concepts and storylines through various mediums, especially Google Slides
    •Coordinate, plan and facilitate meetings at senior leadership level (VP and higher)
    •Prime major milestones including monthly C-Suite-level review documents, overall THCC priority initiatives
    •Support various strategic development ad-hoc requests from the leadership team and key stakeholders
    •Take ownership and delivery of results on special projects identified by the leadership team
    •Establish executive-level reporting of core THCC performance metrics & outcomes
    •Support the THCC leadership on long-term strategy
    •Play a critical role in prioritization of operational & capital expenses


You're the missing piece of the puzzle
    •6+ years in a strategy, planning or analytical role
    •University degree in Business, Finance, Engineering or other quantitative discipline
    •Possesses a unique mix of advanced strategy, planning, program management, and exceptional leadership competencies
    •Is highly comfortable with change and ambiguity
    •Is an agile learner with the ability to operate at the intersections of: big ideas and small details, thinking and doing, boldness and humility, leading and following
    •Excels in highly collaborative team environments
    •Brings advanced verbal and written communication skills
    •Has a track record for successfully leading direct and matrix teams through change

    •MBA is an asset
