Here's the impact you'll make and what we'll accomplish together

You will be joining the Collaborative Health Go-To-Market Team as a Strategy & Pricing Sr. Manager, and core team member.

Here's how - you will:
    •Lead innovation initiatives in the Collaborative Health space
    •Design and implement new pricing strategy for evolving products & services across the Collaborative Health platform
    •Develop and refine opportunity assessments, business cases, and financial models to support executive decision making
    •Captivate executive leadership, potential partners, and cross-functional teams by concisely and creatively articulating our vision and plan
    •Gain buy-in from cross-functional stakeholders to drive projects forward on-target
    •Present strategy and recommendations to executive team
    •Support sales, implementation, customer success, and product teams as an expert in digital health innovation
    •Play an active role in negotiations with potential new partners
    •Develop a deep understanding of broad range of existing products and pricing within Collaborative Health; use knowledge base to form recommendations for innovation
    •Work closely with sales, marketing, and operational teams to understand market dynamics & customer pain points
    •Work closely with operational teams to ensure pricing being deployed as planned on an ongoing basis
    •Challenge existing processes to explore opportunities for automation, modernization, and efficiencies; drive implementation of improvement initiatives
    •Support the transformation of the system and tools that are used by cross-functional teams to ensure cross-functional teams are equipped to execute
    •Help shape a positive, motivated, and forward-thinking culture


Qualifications:


You're the missing piece of the puzzle
    •6+ years of strategy / operations experience in a SaaS environment
    •Passion for the Healthcare industry with a passion for being part of a team that's building world-class products
    •Experience defining and executing pricing strategy
    •Experience driving projects through to completion
    •Experience with financial analysis, business case development, opportunity assessments
    •Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas
    •Exceptional interpersonal skills with an emphasis on stakeholder management, negotiation and persuasion
    •Experience presenting to large, cross-functional audiences
    •Bachelor's degree in business, commerce or equivalent practical experience

Great-to-haves
    •Strong technical, analytical and cross-functional collaboration skills
    •Master of Business Administration degree
    •Designing, executing, and or/gathering market research and using it to inform strategy
    •Project management certification (or equivalent experience)
    •Kaizen, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and/or Black Belt
