The Collaborative Health team is on a mission to enable the best, personalized, data-driven care accessible to all humans everywhere. The Strategy team plays a critical role in that by holding the responsibility of the definition and enablement of our strategy across a large and diverse team. As Sr. Strategy Manager, you will be responsible for driving, data-driven decision-making, goal-setting, and execution planning across TELUS Health.

Here's how - you will:
    •Lead strategic initiatives in the Collaborative Health space •Work closely with stakeholders both within Collaborative Health and across TELUS Health to foster transparency, alignment, and efficiency in efforts toward achieving strategic goals •Develop and refine opportunity assessments, business cases, and financial models to support executive decision making •Captivate executive leadership, potential partners, and cross-functional teams by concisely and creatively articulating our vision and plan •Gain buy-in from cross-functional stakeholders to drive projects forward on-target •Present strategy, recommendations, and performance updates to leadership teams •Support sales, implementation, customer success, and product teams as an expert in digital health innovation •Develop a deep understanding of broad range of existing products, customers, and teams within Collaborative Health; use knowledge base to form recommendations for innovation •Support the transformation of the system and tools that are used by cross-functional teams to ensure cross-functional teams are equipped to deliver on targets •Help shape a positive, motivated, and forward-thinking culture


You're the missing piece of the puzzle
    •6+ years of strategy / operations experience in a technology environment; previously consulting experience considered an asset •Passion for driving innovation in healthcare industry via technology •Experience with financial analysis, business case development, opportunity assessments •Experience with product launch planning and the design & delivery of go-to-market strategies •Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas •Exceptional interpersonal skills with an emphasis on stakeholder management, negotiation and persuasion •Experience presenting to large, cross-functional audiences •Bachelor's degree in business, engineering or equivalent practical experience

    •Master of Business Administration degree •Designing, executing, and or/gathering market research and using it to inform strategy •Project Management Professional (PMP) designation •Kaizen, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and/or Black Belt
