Join a cutting edge Procurement and Inventory team responsible for getting the best from our vendors for our internal and external customers. We innovate by creating and executing initiatives that drive the best in class performance and practices for our vital infrastructure builds.

Here's the impact you'll make and what we'll accomplish together
    •Create and implement vendor key performance indicators (KPIs) supporting 94+% on time material delivery of materials
    •Create and implement vendor KPIs supporting 80+% on price, to scope and on time delivery for services
    •Consolidate our vendor base for 4 categories
    •Increase purchasing policy compliance by 5%+ over previous year

Here's how
    •Analyze and update our category taxonomy in collaboration with team members and key stakeholders
    •Create and implement key performance indicators that drive improved performance by our vendors in both materials and services
    •Develop material rationalization, standardization and substitution strategies
    •Develop and automate tools and processes that support compliance with our purchasing policy
    •Implement supplier consolidation plans consistent with Procurement category playbooks
    •Maximise unit cost pricing by moving material demand between preferred suppliers


You're the missing piece of the puzzle
    •Bachelor Degree or higher in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business or related discipline
    •3+ years progressive experience in similar role with strong understanding of supply chain management concepts and best practices
    •Experience with post-award materials and services administration (includes key performance indicators)
    •Ability to create and implement improvement projects
    •Intermediate to advanced Excel
    •Proven track record to meet deadlines while handling shifting priorities
    •Self-motivated and ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment
    •Be able to informally lead and manage teams built of cross-functional team members with conflicting priorities
    •Strong presentation skills with experience presenting at a Director level

    •Experience with data analytics tools such as Domo, Tableau or Mini-Tab
    •Experience with SAP
    •Experience with category management
