TELUS Health MyCare empowers Canadians to take control of their health and the health of their loved ones by offering family doctor, mental health counselor and dietitian consultations in addition to digital health monitoring tools, all from an app on your smartphone. This mobile app and service revolutionizes how Canadians can access healthcare. As part of our mission to improve access to care, we augment this mobile service with digital-first healthcare clinics across Canada, thus allowing patients to be seen in person when required and also to be attached to our family-practice clinics. Currently, we have locations in Vancouver and Victoria with plans to expand into other provinces across the country.

Here's the impact you'll make and what we'll accomplish together

This is a new role, and we are looking for a passionate and dynamic individual with extensive experience in medical clinics, project management and change management to join our team and play an important role in positively impacting Canadians' ability to access healthcare. As Sr. Project Manager, you will be responsible for onboarding new clinics into the TELUS Health MyCare family. Your scope will be broad and your impact even broader.

Responsibilities
    •Collaborate with internal and external teams to execute on strategy
    •Responsible for change management within clinics as they transition to digital-first models
    •Collaborate with operational teams to deliver on business plan
    •Design and implement business strategies to help the clinic meet organizational goals
    •Ensure that all policies and procedures function in accordance with provincial and federal laws
    •Plan and manage the clinics' capital and operational budget


Qualifications:


Education & Skills
    •Bilingual French & English
    •Located in Quebec
    •University degree in related discipline
    •5+ years prior experience in a project and/or operations role for medical clinics or in a healthcare setting
    •Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
    •Analytical thinking skills and the ability to exercise sound judgement when making decisions
    •Very comfortable with rapidly changing environments and ambiguity
