The Coaching & Learning - Project Management Office (PMO), within the Coaching & Learning Solutions team, is looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic and driven individual with a proven track-record to join our team.

As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a key role planning, executing and delivering complex learning projects for Broadband Networks (BBN).

In this role, you will collaborate across business units and with key stakeholders, to execute on initiatives with high complexity and/or business impact. The ability to autonomously lead strategies through the creation of solution alternatives, assessments, planning and analysis is key to the success of the individual in this role. Your expertise will help us drive innovation and continuous improvement in the learning experiences we deliver to our BBN team members.

Reporting to the Manager - Coaching & Learning - PMO, this position is accountable for end-to-end project delivery.

In this role, you will:
    •Work in partnership with our stakeholders to build execution plans for strategic portfolios and projects •Using your project management expertise, you will enable cross-functional teams to deliver on new learning solutions, bringing valuable input and organized planning skills to the group •As a leader within the PMO, you will bring thought leadership and best practices to the team to help us continually improve, helping us expand our knowledge in project management and innovative adult learning solutions


Qualifications:


You're the missing piece of the puzzle
    •Experience managing large scale projects with multiple stakeholder groups •Experience dealing with ambiguous requirements and translating them into concrete project outcomes •Experience with adult learning principles & techniques would be a distinct advantage •Demonstrated leadership, problem solving, negotiation and analytical skills •Excellent communication and collaboration skills: Can translate complex technical topics into easily understood concepts for our stakeholders, executives and team members, and audiences over 200 participants of varying levels •Highly motivated, creative and self-sufficient with the ability to work successfully under pressure •Bachelor degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent education and/or experience •Minimum 3-5 years of work experience managing projects or leading cross functional teams •Advanced knowledge of Microsoft (MS) Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Google Suite: Drive, Hangouts, Sheets •Solid financial & quantitative skills •Strong understanding of data analysis, and knowing how to build and leverage qualitative and quantitative metrics

Great-to-haves
    •Agile project management experience: Scrum/Kanban environments •Project Management Professional (PMP) designation •Experience with Jira •Stakeholder management experience including senior executives •Telecommunications experience
