Reporting to the Director of Marketing for TELUS Business Solutions in British Columbia (BC), you are responsible to inspire, mentor, and coach our sales leaders to develop a premiere sales culture, methodology and behaviours that will lead to world class professionals consulting on our customers' business and successfully achieving business goals.

•Incorporating Premiere Sales Organization (PSO) culture as key to the business planning process to identify investments required to accomplish specific objectives
•Leveraging sales and business analytics, partner with sales leaders to target areas requiring development of sales methodology and business management
•Leading the Vice President (VP) plan for development and evolving coaching strategies into operational excellence:Qualifications:You're the missing piece of the puzzle
•Training-in-a-Box leader preparation
•Prepare communication materials that follow a logically reasoned, data-supported approach, allowing sales leader to understand the detail linked to the big picture and a way forward:
•Coaching plan, coaching calendar, coaching cadence
•Top account selection roll up
•QQBV funnel health assessment
•Target Account Selling (TAS)/account plan quality audits and remediation
•WD agenda: PSO topic - View on QQVB and Top X - update initiatives
•Collaborating with the Sales Performance team and sales leadership to remove obstacles to our premiere sales vision, analyses gaps, gap closure options and implementation plans for successful transformation of our Sales team:
•Help with converting SIT 6 - top account selection - opportunities
•Working with senior program manager on marketing campaign/acceleration and follow-up on execution of marketing campaigns
•Monitoring the progress VP team adoption of PSO culture, applying targeted development plans to enable progress in methodology, skills and competency development, and offerings development
•Collaborating with the national PSO primes to ensure right training at the right time for the VP teams:
•Working with PSO on identifying win stories, customer reference, best practices
•Support on PSO onboarding and training logistics
•Ensuring return of investment (ROI) by aligning action to business and customer results:
•New hire productivity, Rookie Acceleration Program support
•TAS quality, account plan quality and tool optimization
•Marketing campaign impact on funnel and new sales
•Proven track-record of managing and directing a highly skilled, motivated, results-oriented, and successful sales team and/or proven track-record as a sales professional
•Effectiveness consulting with senior management across complex organizational boundaries
•Strong leadership qualities and ability to motivate dynamic teams
•Excellent analytical thinking, analysis, and problem solving skills
•Demonstrated facilitation and project management skills
•Ability to cultivate strong internal and external network of personal relationships to identify issues and opportunities and provides positive, best-in-class perspectives to others
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong customer-focus orientation: Demonstrates a vocal and confident style, shares thoughts and opinions and presents ideas with conviction and courage and has a passion for sales excellence
•Balances strategic thinking with tactical action to drive results
•Ability to handle multiple assignments and manage major projects to successful completion
•Sales Acumen: Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
•Results-orientated and able to work independently
•Minimum of 7 years of experience in a Sales and/or Marketing Manager role
•Experience with strategic planning and the ability to execute strategic initiatives
