We're looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to support the launch of new and innovative products and features to the consumer SmartHome Security market.

About the role

You will be an integral member of a core team entrusted to work collaboratively with key team members across the organization to develop robust GTM plans and coordinate the end to end implementation of market launches. You will develop a keen understanding of competitive and market dynamics and develop product strategies that strengthen our SmartHome Security value proposition and drive growth.

    •Partner closely with Products and Services to bring new products and features to market that generate customer demand and deliver subscriber growth and profitability outcomes •Lead all go-to-market strategy and planning activities •Coordinate the execution of market launch plan across our channels nationally •Evolve our GTM playbook to support flawless, efficient and repeatable channel and market execution •Bring a strategic lens to ensure recommendations are rooted in delivering customer value while meeting business objectives


Qualifications:


You're the missing piece of the puzzle:
    •You have great people skills and can work collaboratively in large cross-functional teams with team members with diverse backgrounds •Excellent project management, time management, decision-making and prioritization skills •Known for your ambition, you are a self-starter and able to support quality and results with directional guidance •Strong verbal and written communication skills with a knack for presentation and storytelling, you craft clear, concise and compelling messages and have the ability to articulate complex ideas and manage stakeholders •Recognized for using data and facts; proven financial acumen to make recommendations and drive decisions •Bachelor's degree in business, commerce, engineering or computer science or equivalent practical experience

What you bring to the team:
    •7-10 years of product marketing experience •Prior experience supporting the product marketing of TELUS products and services including some or all of the following: voice, data, mobility, and/or internet •Project management skills and proven track record of driving projects through to completion •Knowledge of financial concepts including revenue, costs, profitability and business casing •Demonstrated ability to develop relationships and engage stakeholders to work effectively within teams to support projects & initiatives •Superior communication and interpersonal skills •Able to work in fast-paced and self-directed environments and adapt effectively to ambiguity and change

Great-to-haves
    •3-5 years of telecom product marketing experience •Experience with TELUS products or SmartHome Security marketing •University/Post-secondary degree in business or marketing
