As a Senior Product Manager in our Managed Premise Solutions (MPS) portfolio (re-structured to complement our Cloud enablement imperatives), you will be responsible in the strategy, business planning and delivery of Managed Service Solutions. The breadth of the role is broad and includes overall end-to-end product ownership of MPS emerging/evolving requirements.

Here's how
    •Developing strategic, operational, financial and value chain enablement plans for MPS •Developing competitive differentiation and benchmarking as well as revenue retention strategies •Forecasting revenues and units by product and customer segments •Develop/support execution of product/technology/services and operational roadmap •Develop/support execution of New Product Service Introduction (NPSI) objectives •Developing industry-leading product, pricing, retention and revenue strategies


Qualifications:


Your ideal profile includes:
    •Strong analytical, mathematical and financial acumen skills; business analysis, analytics and process engineering •Strong and thorough knowledge of marketing principles and the relationships between pricing, share, value propositions, and demand drivers •Strong Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) service delivery processes, Enhanced Telecom Operations Map/Business Process Framework (eTOM) and TeleManagement Forum (TMF) background •Strong technology background including Cloud and managed services •Strong knowledge of vendor solution offerings, Cisco, Microsoft (MS), Avaya and others

Professional Certification & Experience:
    •University degree in Business, Marketing, Finance and/or Engineering •ITIL/eTOM/TMF certified •Agile/Lean Experience •7+ years of telecommunications/Information Technology (IT) industry experience •Technical/Agile product management •Project management experience is an asset •IP/network solutions knowledge is an asset •Managed services experience is an asset
