As a Senior Process Improvement Consultant for the Process Innovation, Readiness and Optimization (PIRO) team, you will leverage your strong process improvement, analytical, and project management skills to support initiatives in a program to transform our operational cost structure with a focus on customer service.

As part of your role, you will demonstrate your ability to interact and collaborate within our business unit and across stakeholder groups to deliver process improvements that leverage our end to end transform our operations.


You will bring your A-game to our high performing team by:
    •Working collaboratively with stakeholders to identify opportunities and deliver solutions that support the evolution of operational processes through various process improvement initiatives •Monitoring and supporting results of process improvements on the customer experience •Exercising sound judgment identifying and resolving problems, challenging courses of action, assessing risks and modifying plans as conditions change throughout the project lifecycle •Demonstrating strong project management from ideation through planning, coordinating, launch readiness / change management and execution •Ensuring initiatives are delivered on time, on budget and within quality targets •Efficiently communicating and reporting progress •Conducting presentations regarding assessment findings/recommendations, project status and current issues

    •Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to interface at all levels within the organization, including facilitation, consultation, negotiation, and influencing skills to impact decisions •Demonstrated ability to apply formal process improvement tools and methodologies •Advanced problem solving and risk management skills and ability to work collaboratively with other departments to resolve complex issues with innovative solutions • Process Redesign: Able to analyze and assess current processes and transform them end-to-end into a future mode of operations •Relationship Builder: Able to build positive working relationships with all levels of management (including Directors and VP's) •Change Leader: able to be the driving force behind cultural change that enables new levels of business success •Facilitator able to bring together cross-functional groups to solve transformational business process problems •Storyteller demonstrating the ability to present on complex topics to executive audiences

Great to have:
    •5+ years of relevant experience •University Degree (business) •Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Black Belt, Own.IT leadership or other recognized equivalent
