You are passionate about leading change and driving results through process improvements, especially through the utilization of Lean methodology and techniques. Actively contributing as part of a highly engaged team, you will identify, own and implement initiatives that improve operational processes all the way through sustained benefits realization to increase quality and value. What you will do in this role:
    •Analyze and deconstruct complex business problems into manageable process improvement projects or programs •Lead 3 to 4 concurrent projects to improve operational processes resulting in financial savings, increased revenue and/or customer experience improvements •Govern complex programs that include executive level governance, project streams coordination, business resource allocation and project management leadership •Facilitate large cross-functional process improvement workshops •Partner and act as a resource to business units in executing process improvement projects •Analyze process metrics and calculate costs of poor quality to develop baseline metrics of success to show project benefits to senior leadership •Provide experiential learning opportunities for TBS team members through the application of specialized tools and methods to increase organizational effectiveness and inspire innovative thinking


Qualifications:


You're the missing piece of the puzzle
    •7+ years of hands-on experience in delivering sustainable process improvements in a cross-functional environment •Certified or considered an expert in at least one of the following methodologies: Design Thinking, Own.it/GE WorkOut, Lean Six Sigma, Process Redesign •Have a passion for change are excited about sharing it; you accept ambiguity and learning new things •Be an energetic self-starter in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment •You are a results-driven achiever who is able to inspire team members to continuously improve •Proven project leadership with the ability to influence, facilitate and quantify business results at any level •Be passionate about building capabilities in others and taking part in their success

Great-to-haves
    •Experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) •Experience developing and delivering training programs •PMP certification (or equivalents) desirable
