You will identify, lead, and provide complex analytics and develop actionable recommendations that will enable strategic prioritization, ROI optimization, enhanced operational management and support of the forecasting and planning process. Managing financial data & information together with merging and linking information from multiple diverse sources to support reporting and analysis required for internal decision making processes.

•Work with the Senior Leadership team to ensure progress against both strategic and tactical operational initiatives
•Lead collaborative team of stakeholders to understand complex and end to end business drivers, processes and to define and managing performance measures
•Ensure data and processes are properly maintained across existing tools to support reporting and analysis according to specific timelines (i.e. SAP)
•Lead projects focused on improving budget optimization, workflow, process and toolset enhancements
•Lead key operational review reporting and internal measures to support daily/monthly/quarterly/annual requirements (i.e. Capital and Risk Management)
•Manage ongoing reporting requirements (ex: financial projections, status reports, presentations for the leadership team)
•Prepare documents that facilitate the presentation of strategic initiatives for decision making
•Collaborate with stakeholders in many teams, as required
•Undertake ownership and delivery of special strategic projects identified by leadership team
•Manage ongoing leadership team meeting agendas, required materials and support to maximize efficiency Qualifications:What YOU Bring:
•Ability to deal with ambiguity, complex issues and concepts while problem solving and making sound decisions and multi-tasking
•Financial analysis and development of solutions/action plans to minimize risks and take advantage of opportunities
•Excellent written and oral communication skills, including speaking with and in front of senior leaders
•Strong time and project schedule management skills required to consistently meet deadlines
•Demonstrate knowledge of business analysis and process methodology
•Expert knowledge of MS Office suite include Word, PowerPoint and Excel with capability to produce advanced presentations and excel workbooks Required Certification:
•3-5 years' experience in a business, financial or performance analysis role
•Familiar with financial concepts/principles as well as financial modeling
•Experience or exposure to TELUS Health products and services considered an asset What YOU Get:
