The TELUS Home & Small Business Solutions (SBS) team is looking for an exceptional, experienced marketing analyst to join our Digital Marketing team.
This role will focus on tracking and analyzing digital media performance to identify optimization opportunities. As Senior Performance Analyst, you will take a data-driven approach while working closely with a mix of internal teams and external partners to inform campaign and customer experience optimization decisions.

•Effectively analyze ongoing digital media performance to identify optimization and customer journey enhancement opportunities
•Provide results-driven recommendations to cross-functional teams to inform future campaign development and optimize customer experience
•Lead development of on-going performance and insights-sharing framework across teams to support decision making
•Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal & external stakeholders to develop shared goals and drive to common outcomes Qualifications:You're the missing piece of the puzzle
•Extensive experience in media/digital marketing analytics
•Excellent understanding of key media metrics and associated measurement
•Experience with Adobe & Google Marketing Platform tech stacks, Adobe Analytics, Campaign Manager
•Proven track record of turning data into insights to drive action, outcomes-focused mindset, with business objectives always top of mind
•Strong understanding of cross-channel attribution models
•Respected for taking ownership, initiative, and display a sense of urgency and self-direction
•Exemplary presentation and story-telling abilities; able to craft concise and compelling results-driven stories tailored to the audience
•Natural business and industry curiosity and a willingness to listen to, explore, and present new ideas
•Strong relationship building and influencing skills within a matrix organization
•Experience working in or with marketing agencies
•Undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing or Commerce Great-to-haves
•DoubleClick or Adobe certification
•Understanding of data management platforms (DMPs) and cross-channel audience strategy Who is TELUS?
