Our eCommerce team is responsible for curating, managing, and optimizing BestBuy.ca: the largest electronics retail site in Canada. As a Senior Optimization Analyst you will...
    • Recommend, implement and analyze tests (Eg. A/B, multivariate, incrementality testing) aimed to drive more sales from improvements in site content, merchandising, page design, and navigation • Be involved end-to-end with the personalization program, including idea generation, prioritization, concept development, audience creation, A/B test setup, results analysis, interpretation, and learning • Work with Product Owners to prioritize tests based on estimated financial and customer experience impact of new features • Help form test hypotheses and advise on primary/secondary success metrics • Evaluate test results based on statistical significance to determine the impact of the feature if scaled to the business • Build dashboards in Adobe Analytics for deep understanding of performance within the A/B testing program • Evangelize and champion digital analytics and optimization within eCommerce and throughout the organization

The experience we need...
    • 4+ years of ecommerce and/or digital marketing • 4+ years of experience of digital analytics experience (Adobe, Google) including A/B testing experience (Adobe Target or similar tools such as Monetate, Optimizely) • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Statistics, or Mathematics


Bonus points...
    • 1+ year(s) experience working in an Agile environment; familiarity with JIRA, Confluence • Advanced business understanding of the retail and eCommerce space
