Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Medical Administrative & Clinic Operations Coordinator.
Duties
- Physician schedule optimization and patient flow management
- EMR oversight, chart prep, referral coordination
- Clinic operations support and staff coordination
- Inventory, billing workflows, and compliance admin
- Liaison between physician, staff, and external providers
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting patients and handling multi-line phone systems
- Maintain accurate electronic medical records and ensure confidentiality of patient information
- Assist with patient check-in and check-out procedures, verifying insurance details and updating records
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence
- Ensure the office environment remains organized, clean, and compliant with healthcare regulations
- Assist with billing processes and insurance claims as needed
Experience
minimum 1-2 years in medical clinic or similar setting
familiar with emr systems ( Oscar/Jane /juno )
skilled with medical terminology /jargon
professional , patient centred manner
ability to work independently in clinical team
Assets ( not mandatory )
experience in family medicine or specialists clinics
multilingual abilities
