The New Capabilities Marketing team within the Home Solutions and Complementary Channels business is looking for an experienced Senior Market Manager to drive Go-To-Market activities supporting TELUS SmartHome Security portfolio. The role will support our efforts to acquire new customers and deliver more value with this exciting product, to our existing base of customers. As a Senior Market Manager on the New Capabilities SmartHome Security Marketing team, you will help develop the strategy and supporting plans, with particular focus on our digital experience, to achieve our quarterly awareness, loading and retention targets.

Collaborating across large stakeholder groups including Products & Services, Consumer Health, Customer Service Delivery, Customer Experience, TELUS Digital, Corporate Citizenship and Communications as well as numerous teams within Home Solutions Marketing in order to deliver on improved customer experiences & value propositions.
•Shape the SmartHome Security digital experience, working closely with stakeholders within TELUS digital and Marketing Communications, to set the vision, business requirements, and monitor performance.
•Leading the planning and strategy for campaign and channel activity for key product and offer releases
•Leading end the development of the content and social media strategy for SmartHome Security
•Collaborating with cross functional partnerships across the company to support improved customer perceptions & value
•Analyzing results and customer insights into actionable requirements to drive continuous improvement
•Solving complex and ambiguous problems and then recommending actionable solutions that you'll implement Qualifications:You're the missing piece of the puzzle
•We're looking for a seasoned strategic marketer who can articulate consumer needs, develop go-to-market plans and execute complex campaigns
•As a key member of the marketing team driving growth in this new line-of-business, our ideal candidate will also have experience in building non-traditional marketing strategies including content and social media
•You are comfortable with measuring digital marketing campaigns, setting goals and driving performance through a collaborative team approach
•We want someone who will bring in new ideas, challenge established thinking, and be ready to adapt plans to changing business needs Great-to-haves
•Superior communication, presentation and storytelling abilities; able to craft clear, concise and compelling messages within a story
•Proven ability to work in self-directed environments with the ability to effectively manage ambiguity and change in order to drive programs forward to meet objectives
•Demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders to establish cross functional alignment for projects & initiatives
•Proven ability to analyze results and recommend actions to course correct or maximize campaign performance
•Proficiency with the Google suite of applications, notably Slides and Sheets
