The SmartHome Security Acquisition Marketing team is a new and highly visible portfolio at TELUS. We're a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment and provide a great place to learn and grow.

Help us bring our marketing messages and tactics forward to acquire new TELUS customers within the Chinese, South Asian and Filipino segments. Work across teams and directly with our agency partner, you'll bring new opportunities forward, test, learn and execute and develop new approaches as we move into this dynamic market.

Here's the impact you'll make and what we'll accomplish together:

You'll use your balance of strong marketing strategy, and focus on execution to develop the strategy with supporting plans and drive execution across the Chinese, South Asian and Filipino segments.

You'll work across large stakeholder groups including external agencies, channel sales teams, customer service and delivery, TELUS digital, external partners, consumer health, home solutions marking, corporate citizenship and communications as well as numerous teams within the TELUS organization to develop and execute the community strategy.

Here's how:
    •Shape the multicultural SmartHome strategy, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to set the vision, business requirements, execution and monitor performance •Lead the planning and strategy for campaign and channel activity to support campaign launches •Modify/optimize the playbook to maximize ROI and ROAS •Collaborate with cross functional partnerships across the company to support improved customer perceptions & value across the segments •Analyze results and customer insights into actionable requirements to drive continuous improvement


You're the missing piece of the puzzle:
    •Known for your focus on strategy, you're a seasoned strategic marketer who can articulate consumer needs, develop go-to-market plans and execute complex campaigns in the Chinese, South Asisan and Filipino markets •Noted for your creativity in building non-traditional marketing strategies including content, social media and cutting edge opportunities •With a strong focus on measuring marketing campaigns, setting goals and driving performance and optimizing tactics through a collaborative team approach •Recognized for your ability to bring forward new ideas, challenge established thinking, and be ready to adapt plans to changing business needs •With superior communication, presentation and storytelling abilities; able to craft clear, concise and compelling messages within a story in English as well as the primary language in the target audience •Known for your ability to bring teams together, to work closely and across cross functional teams to identify opportunities and execute on projects and priorities

    •Work with visualization tools (Tableau, Adobe and Domo) •7+ years progressive experience in Marketing and business management positions •5+ years of telecom industry experience •Leadership experience •Marketing agency experience either client or partner side •A business focused undergraduate degree
