Are you up for the challenge? We are looking for someone with passion and grit to join our team as we expand and evolve our business to improve healthcare for all Canadians. This exciting position will be responsible for leading the growth and evolution of TELUS LivingWell Companion, a 24/7 personal emergency response service (PERS).

Here's how
    •Lead end-to-end strategic planning and implementation of integrated marketing programs with a focus on new customer acquisition, product intensity and cross-sell targeted to end users and caregivers
    •Identify, create and oversee multiple projects (i.e. go-to-market campaigns, new product launches, offer changes) to achieve goals and adjust plans as needed
    •Establish and monitor key performance indicators, collaborate with various partners to track results and conduct analysis of activities to identify their effectiveness and insights
    •Develop and implement compelling offer strategies including business case analysis

    •With exceptional organizational skills, you thrive in a role where you coordinate multiple projects and initiatives, and work within an environment of rapid change
    •You have a strong bias for action that is paired with excellent prioritization skills, always focused on the critical activities that will have the greatest impact for our customers and our business
    •Recognized for your focus on building relationships, you are known for being positive, energetic, adaptable and resourceful, which is reflected in your collaboration style as you support teams through ambiguous challenges to bring marketing campaigns and programs to life
    •Continuous improvement mentality - always challenging the status quo, growth mindset
    •Having a focus on numbers, you use data and analytics to help solve problems and identify solutions, including the ability to develop a measurement strategy for each activity and deliver in-depth post-mortems
    •Committed to taking end-to-end responsibility for your product/service, you think about the big picture at an organizational level and collaborate effectively across peers and leaders alike

Great to haves
    •7+ years of experience in marketing and/or strategic planning, preferably in the technology or health industries
    •Knowledge of the Canadian healthcare environment including aging/older Canadians
    •Post-secondary degree in gerontology or experience marketing aging/older Canadians products such as PERS (personal emergency response services)
