As Senior Marketing Communications Manager, you'll take a leading role in transforming communication strategies into best-in-class execution to bring our customer journeys and customer-facing campaigns to life within the TELUS Home Solutions portfolio. You bring demonstrated creativity in the development of innovative and effective marketing programs and possess the project management skills and tenacity to move major initiatives forward. You will work in close partnership with your MarComm peers, agency partners and other cross-functional departments within TELUS to achieve business & marketing objectives for your portfolio.Here's how
•Participates as a team member within Marketing Communications, sharing responsibility for overall department achievements.
•Leads and contributes to the planning, execution, measurement and optimization of all advertising campaigns.
•Collaborates with other marketing functions within TELUS, such as Products & Services and Go-to-Market team members to ensure seamless delivery of value proposition, strategic planning, creative solutions, presentations and processes.
•Supports strategic and timely planning and execution of marketing campaigns, including media strategy with the agency partner.
•Manages campaign budgets, ensuring budgets are tracked and reconciled.
•Researches and maintains awareness of emerging trends and best practices, identifying opportunities to enhance work, to support marketing achievement & success. Qualifications:You're the missing piece of the puzzle
•With exceptional communication, you have a track record of leading projects and bringing teams together to drive change in partnership with cross-functional teams. Great to haves
•Exemplary presentation and story-telling abilities; able to craft concise and compelling results-driven stories tailored to the audience.
•Noted for your focus on solutions, you have a proven ability to problem solve in ambiguous and dynamic situations.
•Experience planning and executing communication plans that entail traditional and digital mass media, as well as some experience with 1:1 (e.g. email) marketing.
•With a focus on identifying opportunity and sharing a big picture view, you are able to translate product value propositions into a marketing positioning that results in brand differentiation and addressing customer pain points.
•Excellent project management ability, allowing you to balance addressing both strategic initiatives and short-term tactical needs as it relates to driving immediate sales.
•Experience working in or with advertising agencies, excelling in writing inspiring and clear briefs, and providing objective creative feedback that ensures the work is landing the intended strategy.

•Significant experience leading strategic initiatives in marketing, marketing communications; agency experience an asset
