Here's the impact you'll make and what we'll accomplish together

TELUS Health MyCare is a mobile app and service, which revolutionizes how Canadians can access healthcare. It allows users to check symptoms, complete digital health assessments and see a doctor, counsellor or dietician from their phone.

From brief inception through final deliverable approval, to ongoing campaign optimization and reporting, our team is responsible for each step in the campaign process. We work closely with our marketing colleagues and agency partners to develop genuine, compelling and integrated campaigns and communications. In this role you'll support end-to-end campaign development for TELUS Health MyCare across TV, radio, out-of-home, digital and more, while ensuring our advertising delivers meaningful value propositions and compelling reasons for our customers.

Here's how
    •Establish and foster relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to align on business objectives, priorities and expectations to inform communications strategy, planning & execution
    •Collaborate on customer research plans and use data to drive a customer first approach in our marketing communications
    •Develop strong communication briefs to guide our agency partners through campaign planning
    •Track and report on campaign performance by developing measurement plans to determine how campaigns performed compared to targets
    •Forecast, manage and be accountable for budgets, expenses and invoice management for your projects
    •Innovate constantly, looking for ways to incorporate new ideas, best practices and process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness


You're the missing piece of the puzzle
    •With a knack for strategic thinking, you have a passion for marketing, branding and interpreting results
    •Recognized for your ability to prioritize and thrive in a fast paced dynamic environment while managing multiple campaigns & initiatives
    •You have persuasive communications skills, advanced presentation skills (written and verbal) and project management experience
    •Expertise in developing, executing, monitoring and optimizing marketing campaigns
    •With excellent interpersonal skills, you have a track record of leading projects and bringing teams together to drive change in partnership with cross-functional teams
    •With a focus on identifying opportunity and sharing a big picture view, you are able to translate product value propositions into marketing positioning that results in brand differentiation and addressing customer pain points
    •Experience working in or with advertising agencies, excelling in writing inspiring and clear briefs and providing objective creative feedback that ensures the work is landing the intended strategy

    •Experience using customer data and insights to inform strategy
    •Significant experience leading strategic initiatives in marketing, marketing communications or in an ad agency
    •Agency experience would be considered an asset
    •Experience in the Canadian healthcare sector would be considered an asset
