As you are a seasoned marketer with over a decade of experience working with agencies, brands, and cross functional teams, we need your creative mind to provide thought leadership and campaign delivery for our community giving. Your creativity and understanding of our brand will enable our campaigns to stand out from the crowd and show positive outcomes. You are strategic and organized and thrive in a fast paced environment of change. You can collaborate with our agency partners, internal stakeholders, and program owners to creative meaningful campaigns in a fast paced competitive environment.

Here's how
    •Lead the development and delivery of integrated Community Investment marketing campaigns and narratives to communicate and elevate our social purpose and philosophy of giving •Skilled Project Manager to plan timelines, effectively communicate plans across stakeholder teams and build a collaborative process to launch the campaigns in market •Collaborate with Masterbrand, Home Solution & Mobility Marketing, and TELUS Health teams to seek opportunities to insert and elevate our giving message into their program •Proven experience working with multiple media formats, including TV, radio, digital and social platforms •Leverage the expertise of our internal partners in TELUS Studios, Social & Media Relations, Digital team, Internal Communications, and Sponsorship teams to leverage our owned channels and assets •Manage budgets, invoicing and admin as it relates to the campaigns •Establish strong measureable metrics and reporting for all campaigns •Represent Community Investment team in local ad-hoc community event


Qualifications:


You're the missing piece of the puzzle
    •Excellent project management skills and budget acumen to own a campaign delivery end-to -end •Strong written and verbal communication skills needed to socialize ideas, updates and results to senior leaders and stakeholders •Agency management or in-agency experience essential to understand true marketing communications partnerships and collaboration •10+ years of marketing communications and campaign delivery •Understand the link between culture and brand •Flexibility to work autonomously across east-west time zones •Knowledge of digital marketing •Bachelor degree in Marketing or any related undergraduate discipline

Great-to-haves
    •Third party creative or digital marketing education •Knowledge of social purpose and philanthropic marketing
