Join the Home Solutions Multicultural team to drive our Home Solutions Filipino segment strategy and channel execution. This exciting role is at the centre of our Home Solutions campaign planning and execution - where you will lead strategy development, build out programs, creative relevant positioning, messaging and tactics to acquire and retain TELUS customers to deliver bottom line results.

Here's the impact you'll make and what we'll accomplish together

You'll create best in class go-to-market (GTM) strategies that allow for continual improvement, transparency and collaboration across channels. Playing a key role in launching new and innovative campaigns and initiatives across our product portfolio to drive net customer growth & improve customer experiences. As well, you'll drive cross functional stakeholder engagement in order to build, improve, and execute programs to deliver on our strategic business priorities.

Here's how
    •Support the strategic development, planning and tactical execution of integrated go to market activity, marketing strategy, campaigns & partnerships
    •Serve as a single point of contact for channel partners on all things specific to the Filipino segment strategy, fostering highly collaborative working relationships to drive results
    •Focus on initiatives that deliver on a successful customer experience, but also grow key business activities that support customer acquisition, revenue growth, customer satisfaction and brand affinity
    •Provide strategic overviews, updates and recommendations to the leadership team to assist with key decision making and future planning activities
    •Uphold the brand and act as a brand ambassador


Qualifications:


You're the missing piece of the puzzle
    •A natural leader, known for your ability to bring groups together and communicate effectively
    •Strong experience leading projects with broad stakeholders, focused on a background in marketing and campaign strategy
    •A real eye for identifying opportunities when working across digital, email, social, partnerships & mass marketing
    •Recognized for your ability to plan strategy, share a vision and execute on top priorities
    •Known for creating positive environments and using your high emotional intelligence to foster creativity
    •Strong project management & organization skills
    •Action oriented, with a focus on driving continual results and growth
    •A deep understanding of the Filipino community and potentially other multicultural communities
    •Written and/or spoken expertise of Tagalog

Great-to-haves
    •7+ years progressive experience in Marketing and business management positions
    •A MBA and/or a business degree in Marketing or Communications
