You have innate, expert-level knowledge of the Personal Medical Response Service (PERS) industry in Canada. Always thinking customer-first, you have always delivered over-and-above as a sales/marketing professional. Not only that, you've got a keen interest in all things Health-related and have a desire to influence the industry as it evolves with the integration of Smart Home technologies, wearables, artificial intelligence and more. Here's how
•You'll help us drive significant change by acting as one of our Channel Champions, identifying barriers to sale
•You'll directly influence decision-making at the highest levels by bringing 'feet on the street' insight and analysis directly to our marketing team
•You'll cultivate strong working relationships and collaborate with teams from across TELUS on programs aimed at driving sales performance and improving customer experience
•You'll gather feedback and insight through call listening, ride-alongs, and call centre site visits to uncover opportunities to drive meaningful change Qualifications:You're the Missing piece of the Puzzle
•Known for your ability to jump in you are a proactive project manager who can prioritize and deliver on multiple tasks within tight time frames
•You excel at building strong relationships, have a dynamic and positive personality, and enjoy working in an ambitious, fast-paced environment
•Recognized for your creativity, you are an out-of-the-box thinker with an eye for business
•With an eye for detail and focus on data, you mine for hidden gems to capture insight and make recommendations
•With outstanding interpersonal skills you are equally comfortable using your soft-skills to capture insight by asking the right people the right questions
•With a natural curiosity, you flourish in an environment where you can identify challenges and pursuing them
•You possess PERS industry-relevant experience in marketing, sales or device management Great-to-Haves
•Experience in B2B marketing or sales
