You'll lead the Home Solutions end to end product and marketing lifecycle for the Mascon brand (mascon.ca) - where you will build out internet and TV pricing and offer strategy, develop key messages and tactics to grow, upsell and retain Mascon customers, and rally our internal team members to deliver bottom line results. In this role you will also manage the Mascon brand as well as create customer communications and marketing strategies for various business enablement and innovative initiatives. The Mascon portfolio includes TV, internet and home phone, and focuses on how to provide the best telecommunications services through market engagement, pricing strategy, competitive response, and financial management.

•Develop and implement industry-leading product evolution and pricing strategies to maximize profit growth and retention within Mascon's residential, small business and hospitality sectors. Qualifications:You're the missing piece of the puzzle
•Provide end to end product management support for Mascon by simplifying the complexities of their business through creating product plans and executing go-to-market campaigns
•Progress differentiation and benchmarking against TELUS' & Mascon competitors, including non-traditional TV products such as TV apps
•Noted for your significant experience in marketing or product management, you've previously overseen a portfolio, brought products to market and collaborated with cross functional partner teams to evolve the service Great-to-haves
•With a balanced focus on customer experience & sales, you look for opportunities to change & improve the experience, build relationships and deliver on results
•Recognized for your ability to define, execute, and optimize go-to-market initiatives
•Driving initiatives that deliver on a successful customer experience, but also grow key business activities that support customer migrations, acquisition, revenue, customer satisfaction & brand affinity
•Collaborating with key stakeholder groups internally and externally to transition and integrate newly acquired telecommunication companies and their customers into the Mascon or TELUS families
•Provide strategic overviews, updates and recommendations to the leadership team for visibility into programs and decision making for future planning
•Identifying opportunities using customer data, business cases and across marketing tactics including digital, email, social, partnerships, etc.
•Uphold the Mascon brand and act as a brand ambassador
•Experience or certificates in Product Management, Project Management, Marketing, or Strategy About Mascon:
•Knowledge of TELUS cross-functional operations and/or industry experience
•Post-secondary education in Marketing or Business
