The TELUS Consumer Health team will focus on empowering Canadians to take control of their health and the health of their loved ones with the right information, tools and support they need to live healthier and happier lives. This exciting position will be responsible for the end-to-end management of the TELUS Healthy Living Network, a curated, credible library of health and wellness shows.

Here's how
    •Drive the strategic planning and execution of all TELUS Healthy Living Network initiatives •Work with cross-functional TELUS teams to deliver upon end-to-end product roadmap requirements, including product management, marketing, go-to-market (GTM), sales and support activities •Own the management of the content process, including research, review and approval of all content and content guidelines •Responsible for the development and execution of marketing strategy campaigns, programs and/or initiatives •Be prepared for out-of-the-box thinking and trialling different approaches to determine the optimal methods to drive awareness and viewership •Lead and own the development of marketing business cases •Responsible for delivering on viewership and revenue targets •Own the content performance and reporting process, and apply learnings to further drive results •Work with the TELUS Studios team to develop and review TV commercials to support content promotions and drive viewership •Work with Marketing Communications & TELUS Studios teams to create images, collateral, and other creative components to support awareness activities •Support various ad-hoc requests from leadership team and key stakeholders


Qualifications:


You're the missing piece of the puzzle
    •Excellent relationship management and collaboration skills including the ability to collaborate effectively in situations without formal influence & across geographies •Entrepreneurial spirit which will drive passionate ownership, and responsibility for the business •Strong quantitative analytics and problem solving skills including business case and financial assessment skills •Creativity to independently develop new marketing and merchandising ideas, and work with cross-functional teams to bring to market •Passionate about content, and thrives working within this field •Experience leading and facilitating cross functional teams •Ability to coordinate multiple projects and initiatives in the portfolio and work within an environment of rapid change •Continuous improvement mentality, challenging the status quo •Strong presentation and communication skills, with experience interacting with senior leaders in a large organization •Strong bias to action with the ability to work independently to produce the required results •Experience working with agency stakeholders to bring marketing initiatives and campaigns to life •Able to flex in new functional areas and quickly learn and deliver •7+ years of experience in marketing, products & services and/or strategic planning, preferably in the telecommunications, technology or health industry

    •Knowledge and passion for health and wellness •Understanding of video content landscape •Knowledge of current TELUS assets/teams in the consumer business •Post-secondary degree with a business or marketing emphasis
