Here's what we will accomplish together

We are looking for a driven, high-energy, creative and results-oriented individual to join the team for the role of Senior Marketing Manager for the Ontario region.

Your mandate is to help win TBS share at the regional level by developing a community based marketing strategy and execution plan. You will touch all spectrums of our business including advertising, pricing, system enablement, sales, strategic partnerships, and go-to-market deliverables.

We are looking for a natural born leader with a willingness to challenge the status quo, able to work collaboratively and confidently with multiple stakeholders inside and outside of the organization.

Here's how
    •Manage the strategy and marketing plan for several communities at once
    •Build in community targets, forecast, and ongoing metric tracking capabilities
    •Orchestrate the community marketing playbook and manage the go-to-market functions, including channel readiness, offer implementation, and execution on channel marketing mediums.
    •Manage a cross-functional team to deliver on community targets (advertising , pricing, sales, etc.).
    •Manage regional budget and ROI on marketing spend
    •Partner with external sales channels to source & execute marketing opportunities.
    •Know the community intimately and source key partnerships & marketing opportunities

    •You have strong people skills, ability to develop relationships with key internal and external contacts, and ability to work within a team
    •You thrive in change and ambiguity, handling shifting demands with ease
    •Ability to influence decisions and gain alignment across broad stakeholder groups with diverse needs
    •Strong executive presence and comfortable presenting in a leadership forum
    •You are valued for your solid communication skills, with both external partners and internal cross-functional team members
    •You are known for your ability to prioritize projects, to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously, and to meet objectives in an exciting and agile environment
    •You can zoom in and out, balancing both strategy & marketing execution
    •You have a solid foundation for analytics - ability to measure, report, and pivot results as well as intimately understand your community KPI's
    •You're situated in Ontario is mandatory
    •You have an undergraduate degree in Business or a related discipline
    •Having a minimum 5+ years of work experience in marketing is desired
