You will play a visionary role in the development and ongoing evolution of the Babylon by TELUS Health solution in the B2B and Partnership market. You will develop the strategy, offering and go to market approach to optimize our product offering and channel execution. Working alongside our sales team, you will have the opportunity to build relationships and contact strategy for a wide range of client base in both the public and private sectors across the country to drive scale and revenue growth for our business. Here's what you'll do:
•Drive the development of the B2B Value Proposition to differentiate us from our competition, and meet evolving customer needs and anticipated market trends
•Play a key leadership role in working with the sales, client success and product teams to evolve our product and service offerings over time
•Provide strategic analysis and evaluation of external partnership opportunities in both the private and public sector with sales counterparts
•Develop sales enablement strategy and implement training and communication toolkit for sales channels
•Create and execute on B2B campaign strategy that will generate sales lead to increase our funnel, leveraging new and existing internal and external channels
•Develop and execute content and thought leadership strategy to reach the targeted client base
•Proactively seek new ideas to achieve sales targets and generate stronger performance Qualifications:You're the missing piece of the puzzle
•Known for your ability to leverage critical thinking and creativity to solve complex problems and uncover new ideas
•With a strong analytical mind, you can synthesize a wide array of information and knowledge base to provide insight and recommendations to your leadership team
•Recognized for your ability to execute with excellence, you see the big picture and vision but also able to focus on the immediate opportunities to deliver on results
•With a track record of working on high priority projects, balancing priorities and the ability to coordinate multiple projects and initiatives
•Proven record of building strong relationships internally and externally with multiple stakeholders, at all organizational levels, to influence results and drive outcomes.
•A visionary and storyteller, you are able to communicate a vision to a variety of partners
•You are known for your adaptability and ability to flex, pivot and thrives in a dynamic and fast paced work environment Great-to-haves
•Post-secondary degree in a relevant field and a minimum 5-7 years of experience in B2B marketing, and/or products and services, preferably in the healthcare, technology/telecom or insurance/benefits industry
•Entrepreneurial spirit which will drive passionate ownership and responsibility for the business
•Self-motivated and ability to work independently to drive portfolio success
