The Senior Developer Analyst (PeopleSoft Developer) serves as a senior subject matter expert (SME) in the delivery of solution components including activities such as coding and application (package) configuration, preparation of component and assembly test plans, including conditions, data and expected results, and perform component and assembly testing. This position will also be expected to mentor junior members. Works with internal & external customers at a consulting level.

    •Lead, mentor and be accountable for teams in design, coding and package configuration •Oversee coding requirements, component and assembly test plans •Responsible for quality of test results •Assist in project charter development, proof of concept testing, analysis and detail project planning •Peer reviews, mentoring, communications with team manager and business unit stakeholders and/or external customer •Manage and maintain relationships with customers •Strategic thinking, and understanding of the customer vertical


You're the missing piece of the puzzle
    •Must have a minimum of 3 years of PeopleSoft 9.x Human Capital Management (HCM) experience, combined with 10+ years of PeopleSoft HCM development experience •Bachelor degree in Information Technology related field or equivalent •Advance design, Unified Modeling Language (UML)/Object Modeling, and application programming •Advanced production system support, component/assembly testing skills, solutioning and problem solving skills and portfolio/vertical knowledge •Advanced analytical, problem solving, decision making, priority management, risk analysis, business process knowledge and acumen and conceptual thinking skills •Advanced communication, verbal and written, presentations, solid consulting, and customer communications skills •Strong interpersonal skills with ability to interact at all levels with clients, vendors and/or internal teams •Advanced skills to provide direction to Project Management and sales team to help direct business decisions around revenue or cost implications of events within a customer project or contract and able to provide cost benefit analysis

    •Payroll & PeopleSoft development experience •Talent Acquisition Manager (TAM), Approval Workflow Engine (AWE), Fluid, Time & Leave, and PeopleSoft finance experience •Project Management skills
