As a Sr. Developer Analyst, you are passionate about the end-to-end delivery of IT related products and will take pride in owning the customer experience through the implementation and support of features and systems you own.
You will serve as a subject matter expert (SME) in the delivery of solution components including activities such as coding and application (package) configuration, preparation of component and assembly test plans, including conditions, data and expected results, and perform component and assembly testing.
You will plan and lead the technical stream in implementing long term strategic initiatives to ensure integration of current and future technologies. You will also be responsible for the timely delivery of new functionality specific to the set of tools the team supports, obtaining user stories and/or customer requirements, driving operational enhancements, and using business analytics to forward process improvement opportunities across the service assurance space.
Through your planning, execution and delivery, our stakeholders will realize gains in the service we provide in support of large complex, transformational projects, as well as small continuous improvement initiatives. With your design and project delivery mind-set, you'll make a direct impact to our engagement with our partners, while identifying and driving efficiencies across the team.

•Develop application and technical design specifications for complex development and to support work business functions and projects taking into consideration resource and analysis requirements, budget and timing
•Provide direction to help direct business decisions around revenue or cost implications of events within a customer project or contract, identifying cost benefit analysis and potential risks to the Customer Experience
•Perform coding and application (package) configuration which includes enhancements and production break fix and required documentation
•Oversee coding requirements, component and assembly test plans, being responsible for quality of test results
•Develop new tools and processes, and facilitate discussions by demonstrating subject matter expertise when communicating with senior leaders
•Identify and implement operational improvement efficiencies
•Coordinate with other team members to ensure end to end solutions are effective and workable across application domains
•Guide the business and facilitate the creation of quality business requirements and process design, and translating them for your business partners, technical teams and other stakeholders ensuring project/application delivery is aligned to long term road maps
•Coordinate the delivery of new initiatives utilizing Agile and Waterfall methodologies
•If needed, manage vendor relationships to coordinate effective delivery, including communication to business partners and/or Contract / Scope of Work (SOW) reviews
•Be accountable for test planning and execution and act as a liaison with the Quality Assurance teams Qualifications:You're the missing piece of the puzzle
•Demonstrated Analytical and problem solving, decision making, risk analysis, prioritization, status reporting, Production system support, component/assembly testing
•Recognized for project management skills, project estimating and planning with a focus on quality and risk mitigation
•Demonstrated for ability to effectively manage multiple projects/tasks of varying complexity, meeting deadlines and working well under pressure

•Skilled with facilitation, negotiation, and communication skills
•Experienced with business process design and improvement
•Demonstrated relationship building with key stakeholders
•Completed a University degree in Business, Computer Science or Engineering
•Experienced leading and delivering Agile initiatives
•Skilled in a number of computer languages or disciplines (Cloud technologies, RESTful APIs, micro services, XML/JSon) and/or package configuration. Also, database design and access and Multi-tiered architecture, design (UML/Object Modeling) and application programming Great-to-haves
•Experience with Solvatio Service Assurance tools, Home Device Management (HDM), and fiber inventory, fulfillment and assurance spaces
