You will be joining the Collaborative Health Team as a Senior Communications Manager, and core team member. Here's how - you will:
•Own, scale and drive the Collaborative Health internal and external communications strategy
•Align communications plan and content with business strategy to drive engagement across the organization
•Work closely with Sr. Leadership to amplify our why and inspire our people while advancing our business priorities
•Identify and address opportunities for growth around internal communication efforts
•Initiate new ideas and concepts to further extend external communications efforts
•Establish a content style-guide to support consistency in communication across teams
•Oversee communications around advancement of our products
•Help shape a positive, motivated, and forward-thinking cultureQualifications:You're the missing piece of the puzzle - you have / are:
•A master story-teller
•5+ years of experience working in a communications role at a technology company
•2+ years of experience in healthcare
•An ability to drive a communication strategy through all stages of production
•A demonstrated ability to lead and influence people across large cross-functional teams
•A demonstrated ability to adapt content and tone based on audience Nice to haves:
•Experience in product communications supporting release notes, user stories, and user guides
•Prior experience in graphic design, PR, or content marketing
