As a Client Success Manager, you will be responsible for the overall client satisfaction of our B2B and B2G solutions from Babylon by TELUS Health.

You will lead the charge in driving awareness and engagement amongst our clients' user base, evolving our services to optimize client experience and nurturing a strong client relationship at all levels of the organization.

Your strategy and approach in building client relationships will be instrumental to our success and in achieving our growth objectives in the Enterprise and Public sector space. Your passion for customers and comfort with ambiguity and forging new paths will be critical to a long-term, mutually beneficial relationship for both the client and TELUS.

Here's what you'll do:

    •Lead cross-functional teams to onboard new client and partnership programs, delivering best-in-class experience through the onboarding journey •Examples of types of clients include mid to large size enterprises across multiple industries, and insurer or public health partners •Build strong relationship with customers, including at the executive level, through regular and proactive engagement, to ensure the resolution of issues and challenges •Develop strategy to optimize the client onboarding and ongoing experience and advocate for the product and service enhancements needed with internal stakeholders •Develop engagement strategy and lead the execution of promotional activities to drive end user utilization of our services through our clients and partners •Evolve client analytics to develop reporting that support clients' analytical needs and provide value-added insights into their organization and programs •Optimize operational processes and lead sales and billing systems enablement efforts to scale the enterprise business •Work closely with sales, marketing and product to optimize the overall client experience and expand our organizational reach

    •Known for your focus on building trust, loyalty and solid long-term relationships with key decision makers at all organizational levels, you collaborate across groups and bring teams together •Recognized for your ability to execute with excellence, you see the big picture and vision but also able to focus on the immediate opportunities to deliver on results •With a track record of working on high priority projects, balancing priorities and the ability to coordinate multiple projects and initiatives •A visionary and storyteller, you are able to communicate a vision to a variety of partners •You are known for your adaptability and ability to flex, pivot and thrives in a dynamic and fast paced work environment •With a strong analytical mind, you use your problem solving skills to provide insight and recommendations to the teams you work with
Great-to-haves
    •B2B client management and partnership development experience •Post-secondary degree in a relevant field and a minimum 5-7 years of experience with demonstrated account management abilities in large enterprise segment - ideally in Health Care, Telecom/IT, or Insurance Industry •Self-motivated and ability to work independently to drive portfolio success •Entrepreneurial spirit which will drive passionate ownership and responsibility for the business •Tenacity, resilience, and leadership that enables you to organize and lead initiatives, overcome challenges, and build solutions
