As a Senior Business Analyst for Supply Operations organization, you will demonstrate your extraordinary capabilities and process improvement expertise to drive operational excellence across our team. At your core is a passion for leading change, making an impact, and continuous improvement.
Supported by the Team Manager of Field Inventory Management (FIM) team, you will lead and drive operational improvements, while developing new business strategies supported by data and process improvement methodologies.Here's how
•Find opportunities for improvement, develop supporting business cases, collaborate closely with team members from across TELUS, and lead through flawless execution
•Use your solid project management abilities to develop winning plans, influence executive decision-making, and lead the execution of strategic priorities
•Embed data-driven approaches and analytics to improve the business
•Lead change and help others realize our vision of future possibilities together
•Consolidate data from various reporting systems using tools such as Domo or Tableau to create actionable insights and recommendations to TELUS leaders
•Engage the team in continuous improvement, including the use of Lean Six Sigma (LSS), to review and optimize end-to-end processes
•Develop, evolve, and track operational performance and scorecard metrics
•Support the Supply Operations operational expenditure (OpEx) management process including leading cost efficiency initiatives Qualifications:You're the missing piece of the puzzle
•5+ years in a similar role and/or related education with demonstrated performance and increasing levels of responsibility
•Degree in Business, Operations and/or Engineering
•Ability to forge strong partnerships throughout the organization and influence leaders and teams without direct authority
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills to executive level audiences, Microsoft (MS) PowerPoint expertise
•Track record of successful project delivery and process improvement, leading simultaneous complex initiatives
•Career-oriented, passionate about self-improvement and continuous learning
•Solid problem-solving skills and proven decision making ability
•Knowledge of data intelligence tools such as MS Excel, Domo, Tableau, and/or SAP Great-to-haves
•Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree
•Project Management Professional (PMP) designation and/or combination of project management training and experience
