Here are some of the awesome things we do every day:
•Lead, manage and prioritize multiple, concurrent projects in an "Agile" environment from conception to delivery
•Support project teams to overcoming challenges by helping to remove roadblocks and developing options and solutions
•Evaluate and provide input on potential End-to-End Supply Chain solutions
•Effectively communicate findings in simple terms, including in a visual format
•Collaborate across business units (internal and external) on system and data driven solutions to solve business problems and challenges
•Gather and incorporate business requirements to be included in the transitioned system, across several lines of business
•Design and manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and review performance with key internal and external stakeholders
•Collaborating with cross-functional team members to: Qualifications:You're the missing piece of the puzzle
•Process map the holistic view of the current state TELUS customer experience, and related business operations
•Use business analytics and intelligence to provide insight to create and drive change that improves the customer experiences
•Passion for customers and improving customer experience
•Exceptional communication skills (verbal, written, presentation and facilitation)
•Superior analytical, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills
•Fundamental understanding of Supply Operations
•Comprehensive SAP system knowledge (WM & IM); integration/interface with external systems
•Track record of project management and process improvement success
•Lead and contribute to cross-functional steering committee plan
•Understanding and experience of supply chain management processes, systems, Key Performance Indicators and controls
•3-5 years' in a similar role and/or related education with demonstrated performance and increasing levels of responsibility
•Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Engineering and/or similar discipline with analytical bias Great-to-haves
•Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree is an asset
•Program/project management training is an asset
•Hands on experience in implementing/using data intelligence tools such as Domo or Tableau is a distinct asset
•Lean Six Sigma (LSS)/Agile certification is an asset Who is TELUS?
