Supported by the Manager, Project Office and working in close collaboration with the NSE Senior Strategy prime, your primary responsibility will be supporting the continued integration of security acquisitions and building the National Security Enablement team to deliver the best security and automation experiences for our Commercial customers. In collaboration with the NSE Leadership Team, your key responsibilities will be to:
    •Develop and manage the NSE scorecard
    •Successfully identify, develop and implement process & efficiency initiatives
    •Support budget and FTE reporting
    •Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive improvements that deliver optimal outcomes
    •Provide robust project management discipline including performance tracking, risk assessment and benefits delivery
    •Actively listen and engage in personal and professional development for one's self and peers, embracing TELUS values and supporting our diverse and inclusive culture


You're the missing piece of the puzzle
    •Recognized for implementing cross-functional program plans and leading change initiatives
    •5+ years progressive experience as a business analyst.
    •Confident in engaging a broad set of stakeholders and collaborating with all levels of the leadership team
    •Acknowledged for strong business acumen, business case development, analytical and problem-solving skills
    •Advanced knowledge in the use of Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel
    •Advanced knowledge of using platforms such as PowerPoint to design and deliver presentations
    •A demonstrated track record of success delivering remarkable customer experiences at high levels of operational efficiency
    •Strong organization, planning, and communications skills
    •Keen passion for working in a dynamic, high-performance culture
    •Ability to work independently to achieve results, including analyzing and understanding complex information and developing clear and relevant communications
    •A strong story teller with the knowledge and skill to effectively use presentations and compelling narratives to influence others, including senior leaders, to take action
    •A university degree in Business, Economics or related experience

    •Knowledge and experience in the home automation and security industry and its end-to-end operations
    •MBA or university degree in business, economics, engineering, information management or equivalent experience
    •Lean Six Sigma certification or equivalent designation
    •VBA, SQL or other programing/ data mining skill set
    •Tableau or other data visualization experience
    •RPA (robotic process automation) knowledge/experience
    •English and French fluency
