Here's the impact you'll make and what we'll accomplish together

You will be joining the Collaborative Health Business Operations Team as a Senior Business Analyst and core team member.

In this role, you will:
    •Help out business leaders make informed decisions
    •Create a clearer understanding of critical business drivers
    •Collaborate to develop an aligned view of our outlook and framing complex business challenges into insightful recommendations
    •Support the financial planning and performance analysis cycles (Strat Check, Budget, Triage, Monthly actuals & variance analysis)
    •Develop driver-based models underlying key revenue and operating expenditure streams that enable enhanced forecasting
    •Investigate, analyze and develop recommendations that support key business priorities; translating these recommendations into initiatives and executable actions
    •Deliver executive level presentations that clearly articulate business risks and opportunities in driving profitability and achieving targets
    •Support and manage special assignments in relation to partnership management (profitability, contract monitoring, cost and revenue assurance)
    •Support the sales target-setting process and payout calculations
    •Identify, develop and implement process improvements with a strong focus on automation

    •Recognized as a strong collaborative team player with ability to build strong relationships in a cross-functional team environment
    •Known for your exceptional verbal and written communication skills
    •Passionate about maintaining a customer-focused approach to problem/issue resolution
    •A knack for solving difficult or complex problems with effective solutions through your exceptional analytical skills
    •Commended for your strong organizational skills with the ability to scope out difficult tasks & projects, set objectives and goals, develop schedules, and prioritize multiple activities
    •Known for your proficiency with MS Office Suite, with in-depth knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint & Google Suite (Slides, Docs, Drive, Hangouts, etc.)
    •Very strong financial modelling skills and executive storytelling skills (e.g. Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint)
    •Solid business acumen and an understanding of key financial performance metrics
    •Excellent analytical, business modelling, problem solving, and synthesis skills
    •Proven ability to analyze and translate large volumes of disparate data and information into clear findings and models/concepts and present recommendations to senior leadership
    •Experience creating data and reports out of Salesforce
    •University degree in Business, Finance, Engineering or other quantitative discipline

    •6+ years in a financial planning or analytical role
    •Master of Business Administration (MBA) or Master in Finance (M.Sc. Finance) or CPA certification
    •Bilingual (English/French)
