Here's the impact you'll make and what we'll accomplish together

As the Senior Business Analyst you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of one or more product work streams within the Collaborative Health Record team. You will work as a Product Owner in an Agile environment and follow scrum methodology to ensure continuous delivery for customers. You will ensure alignment of a shared product vision, create user stories, maintain a groomed backlog and maximize the value of the product and the work of the team. They are empowered and responsible for the success of the product.

What you will do:
    •Lead a scrum team and manage product life cycle from concept to development to release •Drive collaboration across multi-disciplined teams towards implementing on our product roadmap and our technical solutions •Translate product roadmap features into well-defined product requirements including epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria and ensure maintenance of these product requirements •Ensure creation and maintenance of technical design documentation, as needed •Communicate clearly and concisely the product vision, priorities and timelines, including milestones, deadlines and deliverables •Understand clinical workflows, how they affect our customers and how our product might need to be enhanced to support these workflows •Work in an Agile environment, owning and managing workstream backlogs, balancing dependencies across multiple stakeholders, grooming and prioritizing the backlog to best achieve CHR goals and missions •Develop material for, and host demos with stakeholder groups (eg. conformance activities, user conferences, etc) •Support Product Management in identification of key success metrics, analyze the results of product changes, and communicate results and actions to cross functional team members, as needed •Lead meetings, and clearly communicate minutes and decisions back to teams and stakeholders •Act as the voice of the customer in all interactions with our technical teams •Takes ownership for large process-focused projects from concept to execution
