You will partner with senior leaders and stakeholders, enabling them to make data-driven decisions that Directly impact TELUS share price. Your meaningful analytics, insights and recommendations will: 1) support TELUS' PureFibre loading targets; 2) drive external vendor accountability; and 3) improve current business processes to ultimately transform the customer experience. Today you could be providing insights to power key strategic and transformational initiatives, tomorrow you may be casting your critical eye over end-to-end processes to improve our team's efficiency and effectiveness. •Conduct analyses and prepare executive-level summary reports to support decision making and drive operational effectiveness
•Create predictive models and forecasting to help our team achieve new performance heights
•Interpret data trends to provide recommendations for process improvement and consolidation of best practices
•Continuously improve current operational reports by deep diving data discrepancies and integrating new data sources
•Collaborate, as required, with stakeholders to improve operational efficiencies across a variety of projects Qualifications:You're the missing piece of the puzzle
•Confident in your skills using analytical and collaborative tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Suites, Salesforce, JIRA, DOMO, and/or Tableau
•Comfortable with SQL and/or Python
•Known for expertise conducting complex analyses and presenting recommendations to different audiences
•Valued for your strong communication skills, particularly your ability to: 1) simplify complex concepts; 2) provide meaningful consultation; and 3) influence your audience
•Appreciated for your meeting facilitation, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills
•Acknowledged for your advanced business acumen, analytical and problem solving skills
•Regarded for your solid understanding of project management best practices
•With a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (or related discipline)
•5+ years Business Analytics experience Great-to-haves
•Strong DOMO capabilities
•Fibre build experience/knowledge
