You are at home with Java and Kotlin, and modern frameworks and APIs. You are comfortable collaborating on small agile teams to design, build and ship high quality software. You revel in technical details and can share your ideas clearly to all levels from junior developers to managers alike. You can reach outside your comfort zone with your preferred technical stack and quickly absorb new technologies. You are always looking to grow your technical expertise.
You love to coach and nurture the development of more junior developers while sharing your knowledge within the team along with the broader technical community, all the while shaping our software development culture by improving our processes and codebases.
You will collaborate in small teams to design, build, and ship high quality software to Hootsuite's customers.
