A successful team member will lean into the challenge, becoming a first point of contact within their first week, be facilitating sales calls and RFQ’s while populating quotes and understand part numbers from our catalog by their second week, and become a fully integrated team member capable of meeting their daily sales quota, understanding our ideal customer profile, onboarding new customers and expanding their outbound sales reach by the end of their first month. Drop Manufacturing is a premier LEAN and Just-In-Time sprocket manufacturing company located in the heart of the Kootenay's, with a complete array of CNC manufacturing equipment in a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility and integrated office space. We develop, design, manufacture and ship sprockets to a worldwide market serving major industrial sectors right out of our facility located at the Playmor Junction in the West Kootenays of British Columbia Canada.

Sales Process

Requirements

  • Formalized sales training or willingness to learn high-performing sales techniques
  • Ability to effectively and efficiently communicate
  • Ability to prioritize, focus and manage multi-tasking in a SUPER fast paced environment
  • Willingness and passion to quickly learn new skills and knowledge that you don’t currently possess, from many members of the team above and below your position
  • Desire to better yourself, to succeed and to help you and your team win
