This role involves identifying ‘enterprise fit’ inbound sales leads from multiple channels (website inquiries, references, social, conference attendees etc.), engaging with them in a helpful, friendly way and pre-qualifying them for a further discovery call with an Account Manager. As you are typically the first connection a customer has with OfficeSpace, this is a critical touch point along the customer journey. You will also be working with our Account Executives to re-engage previous prospects, and find expansion opportunities with existing clients, as well as their network of contacts through referrals.
