If you are an experienced SDR or B2B Outside Sales Specialist looking for the next step in your career, or you have experience working in the world of recruitment and are excited to use your knowledge within our comprehensive suite of products and services, we have an exciting opportunity for you! 

Scout Talent North America is looking for multiple, full-time Sales & Account Executives to join our team in our stunning downtown Vancouver, BC headquarters. 

Your main role will be talking with recruitment decision-makers in small to large enterprises, and advising them on which of our recruitment solutions will be best suited to their needs. 

Some key accountabilities will be:

  • Connecting with prospects in assigned verticals via a multitouch methodology (average of 50 B2B outbound phone calls per day), with the aim of having quality conversations while meeting sales/KPI targets
  • Conducting a discovery call to learn about their recruitment goals and challenges, and determining which of Scout Talent's products are the right fit
  • Confirming pricing, handling objections, and managing the sales process
  • Conducting qualified software demonstrations alongside our product specialists
  • Acting as an Account Manager for your clients, building and maintaining a strong relationship, leading to repeat business and growth of your accounts
  • Liaising with our specialist teams to coordinate recruitment campaigns and recruitment technology efforts

As the primary Salesperson, you will also provide expert account management. You will also be backed by in-house teams of recruitment specialists (copywriters, advertisers, shortlisters, and recruitment software specialists) who will provide & execute the actual recruitment solutions, and even collaborate with your sales strategies.

About You

To qualify, you'll have proven, successful sales experience, and have worked in some capacity in a B2B environment (e.g., software sales, SaaS, recruitment services, etc.). We recognize that the ideal candidate sometimes takes time to build up, but don't worry, our extensive training program will get you where you need to be!
