Job Description
Ren Robot Ltd., operating as RENS Cafe & Bistro, is seeking a full-time Restaurant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations and administrative management for our Thai restaurant.

Key Responsibilities
• Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily restaurant operations
• Coordinate internal communication between employees and the owner to ensure smooth operations
• Prepare and analyze monthly Profit & Loss statements and financial reports
• Manage staff attendance, working hours, payroll, tips distribution, and reimbursements
• Develop staff schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels
• Monitor operating costs, implement cost control measures, and manage purchasing and inventory
• Source and evaluate suppliers, manage purchase orders, and ensure timely payments
• Train staff on POS systems and internal procedures to improve operational efficiency
• Establish daily operational tasks and workflows for front-of-house and back-of-house staff
• Coordinate with external service providers, contractors, and regulatory agencies
• Support front-of-house operations when required to maintain service standards

Job Requirements
• Minimum 1 years of experience in restaurant management or a supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and financial management
• Experience with payroll, scheduling, cost control, and inventory management
• Familiarity with POS systems and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks)
• Knowledge of Thai cuisine is considered an asset
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Language Requirements
• English (required)
• Thai and Mandarin are considered assets due to the nature of the business and clientele
