Our customers, both Residential and Small Business, have leading technology that needs first class service. As a Resource Coordinator you will be dealing with multiple small projects on a daily basis. You will be responsible for coordinating/prioritizing personnel and materials necessary to deliver excellent service/installations to our customers. With your exceptional multi-tasking abilities, you will provide operational support to the install field staff and management. You will schedule installation projects with in house or external contract resources.

Here's how
    •Responsible for the assignment and coordination of personnel and materials necessary for the prompt and efficient installation of new or supplementary systems and/or reconstruction work
    •Assist with gathering project requirements from various internal teams
    •Strong customer service and problem solving skills
    •Ability to handle multiple tasks while working productively in a fast-paced changing environment
    •Strong attention to details, fast and accurate data entry skills
    •Track project milestones insuring deliverables are completed and meet project requirements
    •Manage and resolve initial customer escalations


Qualifications:

    •Must be computer knowledgeable in a database environment with strong keyboarding skills
    •You work well independently with low supervision and also perform well within a team
    •Exceptional organizational skills
    •Must have strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with both internal and external clients
    •Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    •Work productively in a fast-paced changing environment
    •Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and logical problem solver

    •A/S 400 knowledge
