Research Scientist

Blue-O Greenergy Company Ltd. is looking for one or two Research Scientist(s) to join the team to develop high capacity energy storage materials. HCES is critical for many advanced applications in transportation, high attitude vehicles, and personal mobile devices. 
This position requires the following experiences and skills:
1. A Ph. D in Organic Chemistry with a concentration on macromolecules metal-organic complexes is a plus. 
2. At least 2 and more years in organic synthesis, molecular structure design with desired function groups
3. Highly skilled in small quantity separation, purification techniques
4. Excellent analytical skills including UVVIS, FTIR, NMR, and data process experiences. 
5. Material post treatment skills and knowledge is a plus
6. Nanomaterial characterization and crystalline structure identification is a plus
7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with high professional ethics
8. Excellent team work experience and problem solving skills
