We are seeking a motivated, meticulous and conscientious candidate with administration and coordination expertise in in vivo work to join our dynamic Immunization group. We focus on the discovery of therapeutic antibodies from natural immune repertoires, and believe that through teamwork, innovation, and mutual support, together we can tackle the most challenging scientific problems. We believe in investing in our people and facilitating their growth.

How you might spend your days:

  • Coordinating immunization campaigns to support client projects and R&D activities
  • Communicating with team members and external stakeholders
  • Organizing experimental procedures and personnel across multiple projects
  • Managing project applications, establishing project plans, milestones, and deadlines
  • Supporting and collaborating with other team members to meet project deliverables and timelines
  • Assisting in the writing, editing, and maintenance of protocols
  • Managing procurement and inventory

Required qualifications and experience:

  • Minimum BSc with work experience in in vivo work, or MSc in relevant field
  • Experience with project coordination and administration
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent documentation and organizational skills
  • Impeccable attention to detail

Bonus qualifications, but not required: 

  • Project management experience
  • Industry experience
