Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Remote Sales Representative / Customer Service professional to join our team. This role requires a blend of sales acumen and strong interpersonal skills to deliver outstanding service and achieve sales targets remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat to understand their needs and provide solutions.
Effectively manage inbound and outbound sales inquiries, converting leads into customers.
