As a member of the Talent Acquisition team, you will play a key role in helping to continue building STEMCELL as Canada's largest biotech employer and strengthen our employer brand!Job Description Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide full-cycle recruitment for manufacturing roles including sourcing, screening, behavioural based interview support, reference and background checks and offer of employment
- Develop and maintain strong, trusting, working relationships with members of the HR team and other key business stakeholders throughout the organization
- Implement robust recruitment strategies to support STEMCELL's growth objectives
- Manage the recruitment process and related activities using technology including HRIS System
- Report on and respond to recruiting related KPIs and metrics to inform the business and to drive recruitment strategies and tactics
- An undergraduate degree is preferred or equivalent experience with related training and education
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience in a high volume, fast-paced environment
