We are looking for enthusiastic, customer service minded individuals who want to work in a collaborative, friendly and supportive environment. Join our team, one of the largest networks of Care Centres in Canada and help us shape the future of how Canadians engage with the healthcare ecosystem.Here's how
•Verifying patient demographics and collecting pertinent medical history
•Greeting clients and visitors in a polished, professional and courteous manner
•Checking clients in and confirming accurate and complete contact information is obtained from or verified with each client, to ensure the electronic database is up to date
•Introduce and orient clients to the clinic, and assist with the completion of intake forms as required
•Identify, document and resolve any shortfalls that present themselves to ensure maximal customer satisfaction
•Prepare client files in advance of appointments
•Respond to general client questions and concerns and escalate as appropriate to the clinic management
•Receive and process client payments
•Protect clients' privacy by maintaining confidentiality of personal and financial information
•Order groceries and supplies on a weekly basis, and keeping lounge/waiting room clean, tidy and fully stocked;
•Assisting with additional administrative tasks as required Qualifications:You're the missing piece of the puzzle
•1-3 years of relevant experience working in a fast paced environment, providing a high degree of customer service
•Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
•Exhibits a professional image, mature communication style and polished manner with clients
•Ability to handle sensitive situations with tact while respecting patient confidentiality at all times
•Self-starter who demonstrates attention to detail, a high level of accountability and sound judgement
•Exhibits strong work ethic and takes ownership to complete a task from start to finish
•Demonstrates flexibility and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
•Works well under pressure and demonstrates a sense of urgency in completing time sensitive tasks
